My Package has been lost or stolen/ USPS made an error?
Before emailing us about your package, you should first check in with USPS and file a missing package case. Sometimes USPS will fail to properly scan a package sent to them. These Issues are from the USPS and not us, so it would be best to contact them first before contacting us. If you purchased insurance for your package however, you may receive a full refund or a replacement package sent to you at your discretion.
Each pin is personally inspected prior to shipping for defects and I will not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders should arrive within 2 to 10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping may vary between 2 to 12 weeks for arrival.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. If you would like to receive a separate item before the pre-order is in stock, purchase them separately as items purchased with a pre-order will only be shipped once the pre-order is in stock.
